„Hier lässt es sich aushalten!
- Frühstück im Buffetrestaurant gut (Marketplace), im a la Carte-Restaurant (el Patio) hat uns dieses nicht so gutgefallen - abwechslungsreiche Unterhaltung abends - Abendessen im Sunny Side Grill gut - kleinere Villen, kein Hotelbunker - sehr schön angelegter Garten - ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden - kein Tragen von All-In-Armbändern nötig - Rund um die Uhr bewachter Eingang/Parkplatz - Nachts sehr ruhig
- keine Getränkekarte an der Bar - Strand zwar flach abfallend, aber sehr große Steine vorhanden - unbedingt Badeschuhe dabei haben!

„Betrunken erträglich
Die Getränke sind in Ordnung (größtenteils Markenalkoholika), wenn man weiß was man möchte und dies gut am besten auf spanisch erklären kann (es gibt nämlich keine Karte) Pool war ok (es gibt nur einen mit Kinderrutsche) Das italienische Menü war sehr lecker Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich Fitnessraum von 6-22 (?) Uhr geöffnet und ganz gut ausgestattet (wie so oft leider keine Gymnastikmatten..) Das Personal trug konsequent Masken Strand und "tropischer Garten" zwischen den Bungalows hübsch anzusehen.
5$ pro Tag für das kurzfristige Betreten des Piers des Nachbarhotels zur Abholung vom Tauchboot obwohl die Hotels zusammengehören Essen vom Buffet generell nicht mehr warm. WLAN außerhalb der Lobby kostet extra Meer am Strand sehr aufgewühlt und mit scharfen Felsen sodass Badeschuhe nötig sind, beim Schnorcheln nichts zu sehen dort Aquagym ist eher "klatschen und Schreien im Wasser", bis auf Zumba morgens (wo niemand mitmacht, weil man direkt auf dem Präsentierteller vor dem Pool steht und von den dicken Amis angegafft wird) gibt es kein Sportprogramm Der Service in den Restaurants war an mehreren Tagen überfordert, sodass man teilweise eine Stunde aufs Essen wartete... Säfte schmeckten nach Süßstoff Zu teuer für die Essensqualität Das durchschnittliche Publikum sind stark übergewichtige Amerikaner, die wirklich nur zum Essen und sich schon morgens betrinken da sind (vermutlich ist das aber auch die Zielgruppe, diese wirkten zufrieden) Man erhält am Anfang eine Übersichtskarte, auf der das Hotelgelände größer wirkt und es einen zweiten Pool gibt...dieser Teil des Hotels und der Pool sind noch im Bau und sehen nicht aus als wenn sie bald fertig sind... Wir bekamen getrennte Betten, obwohl Kingsize gebucht. Man hätte sicher tauschen können aber nach der langen Anreise hatten wir kein Lust auf weitere Verzögerungen/Diskussionen

moderne und saubere Zimmer Strandlage und ausreichend liegen Verpflegung war gut
kostenpflichtiges Internet. nur in der Lobby war das Internet kostenlos. Dort hat es aber nicht funktioniert. Anlage ist im Bau und vieles nicht nutzbar.
